What we look for when we hire
- Product knowledge — you can tell a Geek Bar Pulse from a Pulse X without checking the box
- Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a major plus in our Miami customer base)
- Retail or customer service experience — 1+ year preferred
- Reliable and punctual — small team, every shift matters
- 21+ and legal to work in the US
